This hard-bound book (220 pages) presents a thoughtful blend of favorite recipes selected by guests to the 14 bed and breakfast inns, along with best selling dishes from the region’s finest wineries and restaurants.

Included in the full color, graphically illustrated cookbook are recipes for appetizers, breads, cakes, cookies, crepes, desserts, egg dishes, a wide variety of hot entrees, muffins, pastas, salads, scones, seafood, soups, sauces and side dishes. The award winning wineries also provide suggestions for wine parings.

Along with the 100-plus recipes, readers will enjoy learning about the Sonoma Wine Country and the abundant activities available throughout the four seasons. The 37 associate wineries and restaurants also present useful information about this region, its wines and cuisine.
